Many people, including change agents and leaders, struggle with difficult conversations. This can lead to lingering problems and workplace frustrations that stifle or sabotage change. We teach you how to successfully transform these tough conversations into powerful change that has a real impact.
In our six-week interactive and experiential coaching program, you will learn how to prepare, initiate and manage difficult conversations to feel more confident having them. You will also get support and coaching on real-life situations you are currently going through.
