While working in software development, Steffan started getting an interest in helping people on his teams communicate better. That led him to work at a consulting company as an Agile coach. Getting training as a coach and doing transformational work inside an organization, he began noticing the “Moses effect”.
He was the expert consultant that came in and parted the waters for an Agile transformation to happen, but when he would leave, everything would go back to how it was before. This shifted his interest to creating real and sustainable change, as well as developing more open, authentic and conscious leaders.
Since then, his passion for leadership and co-creativity, as well as his extensive experience have led Steffan to successfully coach leaders in medium and large organizations in aviation, insurance, banking, travel, telecommunications, and more.
